I had a lovely experience during my stay, thanks to the beautiful decor and immaculate cleanliness of the hotel. The location is simply unbeatable, right near the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center and various downtown bars and restaurants. However, I did face some minor issues with slow service during dinner and a less than optimal experience at check-out.
